A dream of mine for as long as I can remember has been to be featured on Apartment Therapy so a couple of months ago when the decision to move back to Vermont to start my own business started one of the first things that needed to be done was finish my Chicago apartment up quick and get it on Apartment Therapy. I submitted some photos and wrote up about my place and hit the submit button and luckily they emailed me back saying they would feature me in a house call. A house call is a much smaller feature and they use the photos I submitted and what I wrote, but they can easily lead to the large House Tour. A couple of months went by and the move was coming closer and closer and luckily someone emailed me from Apartment Therapy saying they wanted to do a full house tour of my apartment. Literally the day before I started packing the Julia came out and photographed my place and sent me some questions to answer for the post. It was one of the most exciting moments when she was photographing my home but when I got the email saying it was going up that week I flipped out with excitement. A few days after it was posted they posted a photo of my bedroom to their Instagram and while scrolling through my feed a photo of my bedroom showed up and I freaked out again, that photo went on to get over 6,000 likes. That week was very exciting of me and I'd like to share some of the photos with you here and the link to the actual feature.
Enjoy!!
